How We Collect Information
We collect Personal Information from you in a variety of ways.
We collect the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us. For example, if you choose to provide us with information about yourself, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address, we will collect that information so that we can provide you the information and services you request.
As is true of most websites, we may also automatically collect information as you use our Site and store it in our log files. For example, we may collect IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data. We use this data to analyze trends, administer the Site and better tailor our Site to our users’ needs.
Like many online websites, we also use “Cookies”. A Cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site.
How We Use the Information We Collect
In general, we use the Personal Information we collect for the purpose of providing you the Site, as well as the information and services you request. For example, we may use such information for the purpose of contacting you via phone or e-mail to confirm appointments or registration, or to respond to your requests.
We may also create anonymous data records from Personal Information, by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this anonymous data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Site and improve Site navigation. We reserve the right to use anonymous data for any purpose and disclose anonymous data to third parties in our sole discretion.
