How We Collect Information
We collect Personal Data from you in a variety of ways.

In order to respect the privacy of children online, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or process Personal Information submitted by children under the age of 13. If you have a child under the age of 13 who you believe may have provided information to us, please e-mail us at info@PROCEPT-BioRobotics.com and we shall expeditiously delete it.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
Under the EU data protection laws, data subjects enjoy rights to access, rectification, and erasure of data, a right to object to processing under certain circumstances, a right to data portability upon termination of the account, and a right to withdraw consent. You may send PROCEPT BioRobotics an email at email@example.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to PROCEPT BioRobotics. PROCEPT BioRobotics will take reasonable steps to accommodate a request if you wish to withdraw consent you have previously provided to us, or if you object to processing your Personal Data under certain circumstances. We will accommodate a request to change information unless PROCEPT BioRobotics believes the change would violate any law or legal requirements or impact adversely business operations.
Under applicable data protection laws, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
If you delete your information, user contributions or comments from the websites, copies of such information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other website users.
We take reasonable precautions designed to protect any Personal Data you provide on this Site. Even so, we cannot guarantee that data provided to us will not be subject to loss, alteration, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. It is important to be aware that all Internet transmissions are subject to security breaches and errors.
