Regional sales associates, representatives, and managers

Our regional sales teams are tasked with launching the AquaBeam Robotic System in their territories and establishing Aquablation therapy as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH. These professionals balance the tactical implementation of field programs with strategic decision-making. Team members work closely with clinicians and administration as well as our own internal teams.

Regional clinical representatives

Our clinical representatives provide medical partners with training and support on the use of our products. They work closely with clinical specialists, professional education team members, and other sales and marketing professionals to facilitate training, troubleshoot product issues, and communicate between customers and the marketing team.

Customer service/sales representatives and managers

Located at our headquarters in San Jose, California, our customer service and sales specialists are committed to delivering excellent support to our customers, distributors, and field-based teams. They are tasked with helping the global commercial team throughout the customer lifecycle, including pre- and post-sales, capital equipment implementation, ongoing utilization, and renewals.
