Regulatory Affairs

On the PROCEPT BioRobotics Regulatory team, we are continuously striving to provide global access to disruptive technologies in the surgical urology space. We do this by creatively working within the various regulatory frameworks around the world, whilst ensuring full compliance. We deeply understand that talent, teamwork, critical thinking, and sound debate foster innovative solutions to complex problems. Clinical and Medical Affairs

The PROCEPT BioRobotics Clinical and Medical Affairs team is inspired by the task to conduct human research around the globe and inform patients and the surgical community of the results. We consider it our mission to gather valuable data to support regulatory approvals, reimbursement, and adoption of the Aquablation procedure so we can further our vision of becoming the treatment of choice for BPH and positively impact patient lives.

HCE & Reimbursement

The PROCEPT BioRobotics HCE & Reimbursement team seeks to educate patients, payers, and providers about the benefits of Aquablation Therapy. We consider it our mission to obtain access to Aquablation Therapy for patients around the world.

Finance

In a growing company like PROCEPT BioRobotics, the Finance team’s mission is to ensure we have the stability and financial health to fuel our growth. Our Finance team measures, communicates, and forecasts financial performance with a high degree of integrity and accuracy to ensure the wheels of our business keep turning. We also safeguard assets and provide the voice of the shareholder in business decisions. We prize teamwork, balancing the big picture with the details and focus on how we can contribute to growing our business.

Facilities

The Facilities team focuses on creating a productive, safe and inspiring environment in our offices by working on employee experience, EH&S, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required to maintain the buildings. We are excited to lead our move to a new HQ in 2023, located in San Jose, CA including great amenities such as an onsite gym and cafeteria and seek experts who are invigorated by the opportunity to lead the work and shape the employee experience in our new space.

IT

Our IT team is the owner of the company’s portfolio of technology investments, geared towards ensuring that all our stakeholders have a seamless experience with their technology interactions. We partner closely with internal business functional leaders to deliver innovative and scalable technical IT solutions that address challenging business needs as we grow and scale the company.

Legal

On the PROCEPT BioRobotics Legal team we’re inspired by the opportunity to collaborate on all aspects of our business, working with stakeholders ultimately to benefit patients’ lives.
