Benefits

One of our highest priorities is addressing the benefit needs of our team members and their family members. To help you protect yourself and your family physically and financially, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits program including well-being opportunities. Many of these benefits are paid for in whole or in part by PROCEPT. Other benefits are offered as voluntary options such as participating in PROCEPT’s 401(k) plan or pre-tax spending account plans to be paid by you through the convenience of payroll deductions.

Community Events

We celebrate and showcase the diversity of our team through internal communications and regularly hold events recognizing the various cultures represented on our team. We recognize transparency in communications as a driver of equality and strive to create a culture where feedback is openly provided and received.

Volunteerism

We provide employees opportunities to volunteer in person or virtually for a variety of diverse causes relating to health, such as addressing barriers to medical care for the African American community and reading books to children suffering from cancer.
