"Surgical robotics has always been a groundbreaking technology but the team here at PROCEPT BioRobotics has taken the concept to a whole new level with our autonomous surgical robot. I also get to work alongside some of the most talented people I have ever met – from marketers to engineers to astronomy buffs and DJs, you're never too far from an interesting conversation. All in all, it's very satisfying to be part of such a dedicated team who not only create great outcomes for our patients but who also provide very unique opportunities for anyone looking to break new ground in their careers."

"The reason I joined PROCEPT BioRobotics was because I knew that I wanted to continue my career in the medical device industry. Initially, when I learned about how the robot worked, I automatically liked the idea that water was being used to improve a person’s quality of life."

"The best part about working at PROCEPT BioRobotics is how collaborative we are as a company. Everyone has different backgrounds and experiences which really helps when trying to tackle projects or even day to day workloads. If I have a question, I’m not afraid to ask for help because I know that someone will be able to help me. There’s no such thing as a silly question at PROCEPT BioRobotics."

"At the end of the day, the most important thing is making sure that the person who receives care from this product has the best outcome and no longer has to suffer from the side effects of BPH. There are definitely long work days, but the hard work really pays off, especially as we get to hear from patients who say how much their lives have improved."

"Working for PROCEPT BioRobotics has been a rewarding experience for me. The accumulated knowledge throughout my years in the industry and the skills I've learned have all been utilized here. I also had the opportunity to witness explosive growth of the company, which was exhilarating. A lot has changed since my first year at PROCEPT BioRobotics but I can only say that greater things are on the horizon. We have a committed CEO who is solidifying what it means to be PROCEPT BioRobotics and I am excited!"

"Now that we're a little bit more established, what continues to attract me is the potential growth of this company. I believe in the people here that are working tirelessly to ensure that Aquablation is the treatment of choice for BPH."

"There are plenty of opportunities for you at PROCEPT if you're flexible and open. Prepare to stretch yourself and you will gain the experience you will need for your next endeavor."
